Reviews management

Every review, in one inbox you actually answer

Reviews decide whether a stranger trusts you. Read Google, Facebook and app store reviews in one place, reply where they were posted, and never let a one-star sit unanswered again.

On the roadmap Rolling out to beta batches — talk to us if this is critical for you.
One inbox

Google, Facebook and app stores, together

Reviews are scattered across dashboards nobody remembers to open, which is how a bad one festers. Bring them into one stream, filter by source, rating and status, and reply from the same place, with the response posting back where the customer left it.

  • Google, Facebook and app store reviews in one stream
  • Reply from the inbox; it posts back to the source
  • Filter by source, rating and status so nothing hides
Careful, but fast

A drafted reply you approve, and a trend you can see

A model drafts a reply in your voice so the easy thank-yous are one click, while a person still reads and approves every response, because reviews are public. And a rating trend per source means a slide in sentiment surfaces early, not at the next quarterly review.

  • Suggested drafts in your brand voice, approved by a person
  • Assign reviews to teammates with a status, so none is missed
  • Average rating and trend per source and rolled up
What you get

Reviews handled like reputation

Every capability here exists to make sure a review is read, answered well and, when it is good, put to work.

One inbox for every source

Google, Facebook and app store reviews in a single stream. Stop logging into three dashboards to find out what customers said this week.

Reply where it was posted

Answer a Google or Facebook review from the same inbox, and it posts back to the source. One place to read, one place to respond.

Suggested drafts

A model drafts a reply in your brand voice that a person edits and approves. Fast on the easy ones, careful on the hard ones.

Rating and trend view

Average rating, volume and where it is heading, per source and rolled up, so a slide in sentiment shows up before it becomes a pattern.

Assign and never miss one

Route a review to the right teammate, with a status so nothing sits unanswered. A missed one-star review is worse than no program at all.

Turn praise into posts

A great review is social proof waiting to ship. Send a five-star quote straight to the content studio as a draft post.

On the roadmap

Where this stands today

Reviews management is on the roadmap and rolling out to beta batches. It is not fully shipped yet. What is live today is publishing, scheduling, the AI content studio, analytics and the engagement inbox. If a single reviews inbox is critical for you, book a demo and we will be straight about timing and whether we can prioritise it for your account.

Reviews management FAQ

Questions about reviews

Is reviews management available now?

Not yet. Social Media Digital Marketer is in beta, and reviews are on the roadmap. What is live today is publishing, scheduling, AI content, analytics and the engagement inbox. If a single reviews inbox is critical for you, book a demo and we will tell you honestly where it sits in the batches and whether we can prioritise it.

Which sources will it cover?

The plan is Google Business Profile, Facebook and the major app stores first, with more sources following. You will read and reply from one inbox, and replies post back to the original source.

Will replies be automatic?

No, not unattended. A model can draft a reply in your brand voice, but a person edits and approves before it posts, the same approval-first rule as everywhere in Social Media Digital Marketer. Reviews are too public to send on autopilot.
