Employee advocacy

Your whole team, amplifying every post

Your employees already have the audience your brand handle is trying to reach. Give them a curated, pre-approved queue they can share in a tap, and turn reach you cannot buy into a number you can report.

Curated, then shared

Marketing approves once, the team shares in a tap

Advocacy fails when it asks busy people to find something to post. Instead, marketing curates a queue of pre-approved posts, and each teammate picks one, tweaks the suggested copy so it sounds like them, and shares. On brand, in seconds.

  • A pre-approved queue employees choose from, never a blank box
  • Suggested copy per person, editable so it reads in their voice
  • Do-not-say rules baked in, so scale never loses the message
Momentum, measured

A leaderboard for reach, and reach you can report

Recognition drives participation, so a friendly, opt-in leaderboard ranks reach, shares and clicks. And because every share is tracked, the earned reach your team adds on top of the brand handles becomes a line in your report, not a hunch.

  • Opt-in leaderboard for reach, shares and clicks
  • Earned reach and clicks attributed back to the program
  • Recognition, not surveillance: sharing never requires a ranking
What you get

Advocacy that people actually use

Every capability here exists to make sharing effortless for the team and measurable for the marketer.

A curated share queue

Marketing approves posts once; employees pick from a ready queue. Nobody hunts for something to share, and nothing off-brand slips out.

One-tap sharing

Share to a personal LinkedIn or Instagram in a tap, with suggested copy each person can edit so it sounds like them, not like a memo.

Personalised suggestions

Each teammate gets copy tuned to their voice and audience, so a post from an engineer reads differently from one by a founder.

Leaderboard

A friendly ranking of reach, shares and clicks. Recognition, not surveillance: the point is momentum, and it opts people in, never out.

Reach amplification

See the earned reach a program adds on top of the brand handles, so advocacy becomes a number you can report, not a vibe.

On-brand by default

Every shareable is pre-approved and carries your do-not-say rules, so scale never costs you control of the message.

Employee advocacy FAQ

Questions about advocacy

Is employee advocacy available now?

Not yet. Social Media Digital Marketer is in beta, and advocacy is on the roadmap. What is live today is publishing, scheduling, AI content, analytics and the engagement inbox. If a rollout to your team is on your plan for this quarter, book a demo and we will tell you honestly where it sits and whether we can bring it forward.

Do employees need a full seat?

No. The plan is a lightweight advocate experience: people pick a post, personalise the copy and share, without touching the calendar or the brand model. Marketing keeps control of what enters the queue.

Is the leaderboard mandatory?

No. It is opt-in and built for recognition, not surveillance. The goal is momentum and a little friendly competition, so anyone can share without ever appearing on a ranking.
