AI Content Terms
Ownership, limitations, and responsibilities for AI-generated content.
These AI Content Terms govern content generated by Social Media Digital Marketer ("the Service"), operated by Phronesis AI Lab Private Limited. They supplement our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. How AI content is generated
The Service uses large language models and other AI models, some operated by third-party providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI, to produce text and related outputs ("AI Output") from the prompts, briefs, and materials you provide ("Input"). To generate AI Output, we transmit your Input and necessary context to these providers.
2. Ownership of Input and Output
- You retain all rights you have in your Input.
- As between you and us, we assign to you our rights, if any, in the AI Output generated for you, subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees.
- AI Output may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, and you may not obtain trademark or exclusive rights in generic outputs. AI Output may not qualify for copyright in some jurisdictions.
3. No guarantee of accuracy or fitness
AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or otherwise unsuitable. It is not professional advice. We do not warrant that AI Output is accurate, non-infringing, or fit for any purpose. You must independently review and verify AI Output before relying on or publishing it.
4. Your responsibility for published content
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI Output before it is published to any social network.
- You are responsible for all claims, representations, and disclosures in published content, including advertising, health, financial, and endorsement rules that may require accuracy or disclaimers.
- You must ensure published content complies with applicable law and the rules of each platform.
- You must not present AI Output in a way that unlawfully deceives audiences, and you should disclose AI involvement where required.
5. Model providers and data use
We work with AI providers under commercial terms and, where offered, contract so that your business Input submitted through their APIs is not used to train their foundation models. Providers may retain data briefly for abuse monitoring as described in their terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
6. Prohibited uses
You must not use the AI features to generate content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy, including unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, or content that impersonates others or fabricates endorsements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of AI Output, including inaccurate outputs or content you choose to publish. The limitations in our Terms of Service apply.
