Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do when using the Service.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Social Media Digital Marketer ("the Service"), operated by Phronesis AI Lab Private Limited. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

1. General principles

You must use the Service lawfully, honestly, and in a way that respects others' rights and the rules of the social networks you connect. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Illegal content or activity, or content that facilitates illegal acts.
  • Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence or hatred.
  • Child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits or endangers minors.
  • Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise systems or accounts.
  • Spam, deceptive engagement, bots, fake accounts, or artificial amplification.
  • Disinformation, impersonation, or misleading claims, including fabricated endorsements.
  • Regulated or prohibited-goods promotion where it is unlawful or against platform rules.

3. Platform and API compliance

You must comply with the terms, developer policies, automation rules, and rate limits of every social network you connect. Do not use the Service to circumvent platform protections, scrape data in violation of platform terms, or engage in conduct that platforms classify as inauthentic behaviour. Platforms may restrict or revoke access, and we may disable an integration to protect compliance.

4. Responsible use of AI features

You must not use the AI features to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, or that violates Section 2. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing. See our AI Content Terms.

5. Security and integrity

  • Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under our Responsible Disclosure Policy.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.

6. Fair use and resource limits

Plans may include usage limits. Do not use the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our systems or circumvents applicable limits.

7. Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected violations to [email protected]. We may investigate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts. Where legally required, we may report unlawful activity to authorities.
