Publishing

Reliable publishing to every channel that matters

A scheduler that misses a post is worthless, however clever its drafts. Health checks, automatic retries and per-network formatting mean the post you approved is the post that goes live.

Reliability first

99.4% first-attempt publish success, and a plan for the rest

Before a post leaves the queue we verify tokens, permissions and rate limits. If the platform still rejects it, the publisher retries with backoff and, only when it truly cannot go through, surfaces the reason with a one-click retry.

  • Pre-flight health checks catch expired tokens and missing permissions
  • Automatic retries with widening delays on transient failures
  • Failed posts stay on the calendar in red, never vanish

One composer, every network

Write once, formatted correctly for each channel

A Reel cover, a LinkedIn document carousel and a Facebook link preview are not the same object. The composer tailors each post to the network it lands on, from safe zones to first-comment hashtags, so nothing looks pasted.

  • Per-channel copy, media and aspect ratios in one editor
  • First-comment hashtags and covers handled automatically
  • Auto-publish where the API allows, notification publish where it does not

What you get

Publishing built like infrastructure

Every capability here exists to make sure a post you approved actually reaches your audience, on time.

Health checks before every post

Tokens, permissions and rate limits are verified ahead of time, so a post never fails at the last second for a reason we could have caught.

Retries with backoff

A transient failure is retried automatically with a widening delay, instead of quietly dropping the post on the floor.

One-click republish

When a platform rejects a post for good, you get the reason and a single button to fix and send again. Nothing disappears silently.

Per-network formatting

Covers, safe zones, first-comment hashtags, link previews and aspect ratios handled per channel, from one composer.

Auto vs notification publish

Direct API auto-publish where the platform allows it, and a timely notification to finish manually where it does not.

A calendar that never lies

Every post carries a live status: scheduled, publishing, published, retrying or failed. What you see is what actually happened.

Channels

Publish where your audience already is

Instagram, Facebook Pages and LinkedIn are live today. YouTube Shorts and TikTok are next; X is a paid add-on because X charges per API seat. More adapters ship every batch.

Live

Instagram

Feed posts, carousels and Reels with covers, first-comment hashtags and the right safe zones.

Live

Facebook Pages

Page posts, link previews and video, scheduled against the slots your page actually performs in.

Live

LinkedIn

Profile and company page. Longer hooks, document carousels and a tone tuned for a B2B feed.

Next

YouTube Shorts

Vertical cuts with subtitles and a title written for search, not just for the feed.

Next

TikTok

Native-feeling clips from your long video, trimmed at the moments that held attention.

Add-on

X

Threads and single posts. A paid add-on, because X charges per API seat.

Publishing FAQ

Questions about going live

What happens when a publish fails?

The publisher retries with backoff. If the platform still rejects the post, you get a notification with the reason and a one-click retry. Failed posts never disappear silently; they stay on the calendar with a red status.

Which platforms can I publish to?

Instagram (Business and Creator accounts: image, carousel, Reel), Facebook Pages and LinkedIn (profile and company page) at launch. YouTube Shorts and TikTok follow. X is a paid add-on because of X's API pricing.

Does the agent post on its own?

No. The agent proposes a plan and drafts it. Every draft waits for an approval from a person with the right role. You can approve a whole week at once, but you cannot skip the approval.

Approve a week. We publish it, reliably.
